   DxExam 1.5.4 has been verified to be compatible with the following browsers.

   We recommend using a stable* version of one of the browsers listed below. All popup window blockers must be turned off.

   Windows:

   • Google Chrome 33 or later
   • Firefox 28 or later
   • Internet Explorer 11

   Mac:

   • Google Chrome 33 or later
   • Firefox 28 or later
   • Safari 5.1, 6, 7 or 8

   iPad:

   • Safari for iOS 6, iOS 7 or iOS 8

   *Only stable versions of these browsers are supported. Release candidates (RC), beta, and alpha versions are not supported.

2. Back to Top ↑ Change the size of the exam display?

   If the test display is too large or too small, you will need to change your monitor's resolution settings.

   Windows:

   • Click the Windows Menu button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
   • Select My Computer.
   • Select Control Panel.
   • Select the Settings tab in the Display window.
   • Adjust the Screen Area slider bar to the desired setting. We recommend a setting of at least 1024 x 768

   Mac:

   • Click the Apple Menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to reveal the menu.
   • Select System Preferences.
   • Select Displays.
   • Choose a resolution setting that provides the best display. We recommend a setting of at least 1024 x 768

   DxR CORE 2.1.2 has been verified to be compatible with the following browsers.

   Any stable* version of the following:

   • Internet Explorer versions 9, 10 or 11
   • Chrome 37**
   • FireFox 31**
   • Safari 7.1
   • iPad: Safari for iOS 6 or iOS 7

   * Only stable versions of these browsers are supported. Release candidates (RC), beta, and alpha versions are not supported.
   ** Later stable versions of these browsers may work but were not available for testing at product release.

Accessing the courses

1. Back to Top ↑ Register to use a course?
   • Go to the appropriate URL.
   • Students
   • Go to the right-hand side of the Web page and select Sign Up under the text Sign Up. Click the Sign Up button below if you don't have an account with a login and password..
   • Create a login ID and password of your own, and fill out the form to create a student account.
   • Upon completion of the process required to create an account, you will be taken to the Home screen and prompted to enter an access code.
     NOTE: Your exam code access code will be provided by an instructor or proctor.
   • Enter your code in the box on the right-hand side of the page where it says "Access Code" and click Redeem.
   • Trainers
   • Click the Forgot password link and in the message that appears, enter your login ID. If you do not know your login ID, first click the Forgot login link, and enter your email address. If you have an account associated with the email address, your login ID will be emailed to you. Then click the Forgot password link,and enter you login ID to Reset your password.
2. Back to Top ↑ Access a course if I have already registered?

   You do not have to enter a new access code each time you enter the course modules. Simply go to the appropriate URL and enter your login ID and password on the left-hand side of the Web page. When you arrive at the Home page, you may continue a course you did not complete by clicking the Resume for one of the modules listed; or Review a modules you have completed by clicking Review for one of the modules.

3. Back to Top ↑ Refund/Reclaim Policy

   Once a code has been assigned and claimed by an individual, it can not be reclaimed or used for another individual, regardless of content viewed. However, if the code has been purchased, but not assigned or claimed, the purchasing institution may reassign the code.

Using the courses

1. Back to Top ↑ Navigate the course?
   • Courses presented in DxR CORE may have a number of display and navigational features
   • To answer a multiple-choice question, click a desired answer choice. You also can press the letter key on your keyboard corresponding to your answer choice; A, B, C, D, E, etc.
   • The Rationale field will appear after you choose an answer. The Rationale field may include an explanation of why the correct answer is correct and why the others are not correct, or bibliographic source material for the question.
   • Click Next to go to the next question in the exam.
   • Click Previous to return to the previous question.
   • Click Exit to have the option to save the course module at the present point and return later. (CAUTION: Do not simply close your browser window to quit. Data loss could result.
2. Back to Top ↑ Answer a question?
   • To answer a question, click on the desired answer choice. You also can press the key on your keyboard corresponding to your answer choice; A, B, C, D or E.
   • Click Next to go to the next question in the exam.
   • Click Previous to return to the previous question in the exam.
3. Back to Top ↑ Review questions after you answer them?
   • You can review All questions. Once you answer a question, you can use the Table of Contents, or navigational buttons Next and Previous to move among the other questions you have answered.

Closing the courses

1. Back to Top ↑ Close the course?
   • Click Exit.
     CAUTION: Do not simply close your browser window to quit the course. Data loss could result if you do not click Exit.
2. Back to Top ↑ My certificate?

   After you answer all questions at the end of the course with a score of at least 80%, you will come to a screen where you can download your course certificate.

   Your score is expressed as a percentage based on the number of questions you answered correctly. Your total percentage score is the number of questions you answered correctly divided by the total number of test questions, multiplied by 100.

   After you exit a course, you may Review the course material by logging back in and clicking the Review link, or you may click the Certificate link to download your certificate again.
